Following the SMART method is introduced by him.

S stands for "specific". Explain your objectives in a clear and factual manner.
M stands for "measurable". Describe your objectives in a way in which they can be measured against concrete criteria.
A stands for "achievable". Make sure the objectives are achievable with the business's current skills pool and capacity.
R stands for "realistic". Ensure that your objectives are realistic within the context of your market.
T stands for "time bound". Your objectives should be described with a time line or a set of achievable deadlines.
